I want to come again.(Original)宿泊で利用。まずは部屋が良いですね。天井が高く、広々とした空間。一切ストレスを感じません。そしてテーブルのセットも素敵です。芦ノ湖と富士山の絵皿、青が上品で綺麗です。飲みものはいつもは2人だとワインのボトルをいただくのですが、メニューをみて、白と赤で分けたいので、グラスにしました。お料理はクラシックディナーのコース。海の幸のマリネ サラダ仕立て ルイーズソースえ、これがマリネなんだ?と驚く盛付け。アスパラガスを心柱のようにして、そこに海老や貝が盛付けられています。パンも美味しいです。特にバターが。ヤミツキになりそう。スープはトマトのポタージュまたはコンソメなので、コンソメをチョイス。これが凄まじく美味しい。本格的なフレンチが久しぶりだからなのか、とにかく綺麗な味で複雑なんだけど、シンプル。魚は鰆のブレゼ ラヴィゴット添え ブールブランソースブールブランソース酸味とバターの旨みが鰆と素晴らしく合います。もちろん盛付けも美しい。メインはくぬぎ鱒のポワレ 白ワインソースと香草オイル国産牛肉の赤ワイン煮込み国産牛ロース肉のポワレ エシャロット入り赤ワインソースからのチョイス、いつもなら赤ワイン煮込みなのですが、今回は敢えてロース肉のポワレに。こちらも中の焼き加減が絶妙です。生過ぎず、もちろん硬くなり過ぎず。口直しに春キャベツとシラスのサラダが来るのが面白い。少量ですが、さっぱりします。そして、デザートはパンナコッタとバニラアイスオレンジ・ミントのソース飲み物はコーヒー、紅茶。ハーブティからのチョイスで、パンナコッタとバニラアイスにコーヒーをお願いします。バニラが、本物のバニラの味がして凄い。もちろんパンナコッタも美味しいです。さすがです。また来たいな。
